Kanye West está acusando a ex-mulher, Kim Kardashian, de negligenciar os filhos do casal. Segundo o cantor, a socialite estaria explorando os filhos e teria deixado um deles em um carro enquanto estava em um compromisso.
Conforme divulgado pelo TMZ, a advogada do rapper entrou em contato com a defesa de Kim mandando uma carta de cessar e desistir — um comunicado que alega que a outra parte está cometendo um ato ilegal
No cessar e desistir, o cantor alega que Kim violou o acordo de separação deles de três formas: abandonando a filha North, de 11 anos, sozinha em um veículo durante um evento; publicando imagens e vídeos da criança nas redes sociais; e negando a ele “acesso significativo” aos filhos.
Kim e Kanye foram casados por sete anos e se divorciaram em 2021. Como parte do acordo, ficou definido que a guarda dos quatro filhos seria compartilhada entre os dois e Kanye pagaria US$ 200 mil (cerca de R$ 1,1 milhão) de pensão por mês.
West também sustenta que, durante este ano, ainda não viu Saint, um dos filhos, e teve “interações restritas” com North, Chicado e Psalm.
Por fim, ele disse que Kim está explorando North para “ganho pessoal ou comercial” ao postar conteúdos sobre a filha em eventos públicos. Ele afirma que a atitude “desconsidera seus direitos de guarda compartilhada e sua oposição declarada à exposição pública de seus filhos”.
O TMZ também divulgou que fontes ligadas à Kim afirmam que Kanye pediu raras vezes para ver as crianças neste ano e que a modelo nunca negou acesso aos filhos.
