A Black Friday 2024 bateu o recorde histórico de reclamações na plataforma Reclame Aqui, que contém queixas sobre os serviços de diversas empresas brasileiras e é alimentada por consumidores. De acordo com o site, foram registradas 14,1 mil contestações durante a iniciativa. Entre as 10 companhias com mais protestos durante o evento estão as de categorias como varejo, telefonia, apostas, beleza e cosméticos. As informações são de Metrópoles.

No total, a empresa tem 67,1 mil reclamações no site. No período entre as 12h de 27 de novembro e as 22h de 29 de novembro foram feitas 210 queixas.
Com três anos de mercado, a Wepink prevê fechar 2024 com faturamento de R$ 500 milhões. Recentemente, Virginia afirmou, nas redes sociais, que a marca fez R$ 7 milhões em vendas em apenas 24 horas.
