O ator Hudson Joseph Meek, estrela do filme Baby Driver: Em Ritmo de Fuga, morreu aos 16 anos após um acidente. O jovem sofreu traumatismo craniano ao cair de um veículo em movimento na noite do dia 19 de dezembro e não resistiu aos ferimentos.
Meek morreu dois dias depois do acidente, no sábado (21/12), em um hospital. A notícia do falecimento, no entanto, só veio à tona nesta quarta-feira (25/12).
De acordo com a imprensa internacional, a polícia de Vestavia Hills está investigando a morte do ator.
A família de Hudson Meek falou nas redes sociais sobre o falecimento do jovem. “Os nossos corações estão partidos por partilhar que o Hudson Meek foi para casa para estar com Jesus esta noite. Os seus 16 anos nesta terra foram muito curtos, mas ele conquistou muito e impactou significativamente todos os que conheceu”, escreveram.
Familiares ainda pediram orações enquanto todos estão processando a pedsa súbita e trágica.
“Detalhes específicos sobre uma Celebração da Vida de Hudson, que será realizada em 28 de dezembro, bem como como contribuir para uma bolsa de estudos em memória de Hudson na Vestavia Hills High School em vez de flores, serão divulgados posteriormente. Por favor, ore pela família e amigos enquanto todos nós processamos essa perda súbita e trágica”, dizia o texto.
