Com aproveitamento de 37,7% desde o retorno, Cuca não é mais treinador do Atletico-MG. O treinador chegou ao clube no final de julho e conseguiu apenas sete vitórias em 21 jogos.

O treinador tinha contrato com o Atlético-MG até o final deste ano, mas saiu antes do previsto por comum-acordo. Ele encerra a passagem na sétima colocação do Campeonato Brasileiro, garantindo a vaga na pré-Libertadores de 2023.

Cuca teve o pior aproveitamento do Galo de 2016 até o momento atual, superando os 43,5% de Vagner Mancini. (Metrópoles)
