São Paulo — Uma ação coordenada da Receita Federal e da Polícia Federal resultou, nessa terça-feira (11/2), na maior apreensão de cocaína do ano no Porto de Santos, no litoral paulista, impondo prejuízo milionário ao Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). No total, 815 quilos foram encontrados em meio a um carregamento de café.
Segundo a Receita Federal, a carga ilegal estava acondicionada em cinco contêineres e tinha como destino o porto de Antuérpia, na Bélgica. Foram encontrados três big bags em que parte da carga de café em grãos foi substituída por tabletes de cocaína.
O porto é um dos principais escoadouros usados pelo PCC para despachar cocaína para países da África e da Europa, onde a droga rende bilhões à maior facção do Brasil.
O envio de drogas foi frustrado durante a execução de trabalhos de rotina de vigilância e repressão aduaneiras realizados por equipes da Alfândega de Santos.
De acordo com a Receita, a participação de cães farejadores nas operações de fiscalização é fundamental. Durante os trabalhos dessa terça-feira, o cão de faro da Alfândega de Santos sinalizou positivamente para a presença de drogas.
A Polícia Federal informou que será instaurado um inquérito policial para apurar a materialidade e aautoria do crime de tráfico internacional de drogas. Até o momento, ninguém foi preso.
