São Paulo – A Polícia Federal prendeu em flagrante na manhã desta quarta-feira (10/5) um homem que possuía centenas de arquivos de pornografia infantil em Jacareí, no interior de São Paulo. De acordo com a PF, o suspeito se apresentava como uma menina por meio de um perfil falso em aplicativo de mensagens para obter fotos íntimas de outras crianças e adolescentes.
Os agentes cumpriam um mandado de busca e apreensão na casa do suspeito quando encontraram os arquivos. Eles ainda apreenderam o celular dele, cinco notebooks e um HD externo. Os objetos passarão por perícia.
O homem passava, então, a extorqui-las para obter mais imagens, sob ameaça de divulgação das mídias em redes sociais.
O mandado de busca e apreensão, expedido pela 3ª Vara Federal de São José dos Campos, é parte de uma investigação que teve início com a polícia internacional.
A ação da PF foi deflagrada no âmbito da Operação SPY, um projeto iniciado pela Delegacia de Polícia Federal em São José dos Campos que visa aprimorar e intensificar o trabalho de repressão permanente a crimes relacionados ao abuso e exploração sexual infanto-juvenil na região do Vale do Paraíba.
